Amit Patel has extensive experience in strategy planning and leading organizational change initiatives. For over 20 years he has worked with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups helping executives lead large-scale global transformational efforts spanning Asia, Australia, Canada, and Europe. On large projects, Amit has often partnered with the client’s internal staff as well as external system integration firms to make strategic change actionable.
Amit excels in partnering with senior executives to solidify change sponsorship and stakeholder alignment. He has deep expertise in executive coaching, facilitating change workshops, assessing organization readiness, creating customized change management toolkits, and developing effective Enterprise Program Management Offices. He is an expert in formulating and implementing holistic change management strategies focused on high end-user adoption that align strategy, people, processes, and technology.
Amit holds Bachelor Degrees from University of Bombay and University of Maryland, and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins University. He has an Advanced Change Management Certification from Prosci Inc.
Amit is a firm believer in work life balance and so consequently he has a plethora of interests. When not helping clients with a major change effort, Amit enjoys playing music, flying, and traveling.
