Chuck Leatherbury specializes in organizational change management and business transformation planning. He began his consulting career with IBM Advanced Business Institute, researching companies that transformed their industry, and then later with IBM Consulting, advising Fortune 500 client executives on preparing for major change initiatives. Additionally Chuck worked at Deloitte Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he helped build their organizational change practices. His most “fun” experience was working in Europe and opening the US operation for a leading German consulting firm. With over 20 years of consulting experience, Chuck has become a trusted advisor to numerous executives in initiating and guiding large change efforts.
Over the years he has led organizational change management (OCM) efforts on large, complex projects at Toyota, Edison, Blue Shield, Kaiser Permanente and many others. He’s worked across numerous industries including automotive, financial services, utilities, petrochemical, health care, entertainment, manufacturing, consumer products, and others. He has turned around a number of large, complex projects.
Chuck has been a speaker at industry events and he has a number of publications to his credit. Other recognition includes being a Member of Governor Pete Wilson’s “Task Force on Technology Policy and Procurement”, for the State of California. He received his Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
