Jennifer Jackson is a senior project advisor with over 20 years of experience in project management, SAP training, eLearning, and learning management solutions.  She’s adept at orchestrating all aspects of training including instructor led, web-based, documentation development, technical writing and editing as well as logistics (e.g. facilities requirements, scheduling and tracking).  Jennifer has developed over twenty SAP training programs for Fortune 500 companies with up to 160,000 end users.  She knows that for effective training, the devil is in the details and she’s a master at managing them.

A consultant for nearly all her adult life, Jennifer worked at PwC Consulting and SAP America before establishing her own practice.  She has advised clients in a variety of industries including defense, medical, pharmaceutical, utilities, telecommunications, lottery, manufacturing, and financial services. Public industry experience includes provincial ministries, agencies, and crown corporations.
