Truly a specialist in market research, Jessica Ferrari has been working with clients both large and small for over 20 years, using her expertise to help clients make research-assisted decisions about all aspects of their product and their brand.
Jessica is a skilled strategist who develops and analyzes both qualitative and quantitative research studies for their most actionable implications. She is comfortable with a variety of approaches—online, in-person, telephone, mail—and various methodologies, such as in-depth interviews, copy testing, concept testing, employee and customer satisfaction surveys, name and design assessments, and brand image/equity evaluations. She manages projects both domestic and global, small and large. Jessica firmly believes that the basis of all good research is a thorough understanding of not only the issues leading up to the need for research, but also a recognition of how the research will be used, and by whom (e.g. marketing, R&D, designers, CEO).
Jessica has worked on all three sides of the market research world: agency (Landor Associates and Foote, Cone and Belding), client (Intuit) and vendor (as a contractor for the past several years), which gives her an invaluable perspective when working with clients. With a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon, she moved to San Francisco the minute she graduated. Jessica lives with her husband and two school-age children in the Sunset District where fog and parking are plentiful, and there’s a view of the Pacific Ocean almost everywhere you turn.
