Liz focuses on creating effective change strategies and plans while assisting both client and consultant staff with the implementation of those plans. Liz is particularly good at formulating practical change strategies, facilitating cross-functional buy-in and collaboration, creating/directing high-performing teams, and working with executives to solidify sponsorship and create effective program leadership.

She routinely partners with large system integration consulting firms (e.g. PwC, CapGemini) to bring a more complete approach to those significant implementation efforts. Alternatively, she believes in working with internal client staff to build skills in-house and to facilitate more ownership of the change.

A true consultant at heart, over the years Liz has worked as both an internal consultant (at Levi Strauss and Intuit) and as an external consultant (at PriceWaterhouse, PwC Consulting and the Organizational Change Network).
She has both her Bachelor’s Degree and an MBA from the Marshall
School of Business at the University of Southern California and a
red Ducati from Italy.
