With over 20 years of global experience across multiple industries, from Fortune 100 corporations to the public sector, Robert has learned that sound change management principles are not confined to any sector. Consulting projects include enterprise resource planning (ERP) deployments, organizational restructuring, strategic planning, aligning technological enablers with strategic goals, and business process design. His extensive implementation experience with systems such as PeopleSoft, Lawson, Ariba, Epic, Cerner, and SAP has enabled him to help clients select and deploy the right technological solution to fit their needs.

Robert earned an MS degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the Organization Development Network (ODN), and the Project Management Institute (PMI). He also has certifications in Six Sigma, NTL Advanced Team Building, and PeopleSoft. In addition to consulting, Robert has taught university courses in Organizational Behavior, Training Design, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution and Negotiations.
