Tammie Pulley is a Senior Project Manager who specializes in projects related to software development and infrastructure change. With a solid background in the Financial Services and Healthcare industries, Tammie has over 15 years of experience leading project teams to successful completion of international initiatives. With over 50 projects completed, over 5,000 meetings facilitated and over 2,000 issues mitigated, she is often called back for repeat engagements. Making sure business value is delivered is always her focus.
A unique combination of strong leadership and collaborative team management keeps her project scope and schedule definition on target. She ensures her projects are grounded in accurate charters and budgets from the start. Tammie engages stakeholders throughout the project cycles, giving them the opportunity to influence changes and corrections along the project duration.
