Ernesto is an experienced Organizational Development professional with 20 years of applied global experience in the areas of organizational assessments, strategic organizational change management, vision and strategy development, cultural change and succession planning. He is also experienced in team building, employee engagement, talent management, performance consulting, competency modeling, leadership development, executive coaching, inclusion and diversity, and group/meeting/classroom facilitation. His clients include companies in biotech, retail, utilities, healthcare, and high-tech.
Ernesto is committed to identifying the root causes of issues in order to recommend the right solutions to arrive at sustainable change. He is particularly skilled at pointing out the “elephants in the room” and facilitating the difficult conversations required to move the desired needles. Ernesto holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior from the California School of Professional Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego.
