John is a dynamic consulting professional with extensive experience in talent management, learning solutions, innovation and change management. He is well versed in human capital strategy thought leadership and always seeks to couple this with a keen interest and aptitude for relevant solutions for his clients. He is known for his engaging style and approach and his ability to understand complex business issues and implement pragmatic solutions. He has extensive global experience working across cultures and is an expert in global mindset.
John has previous experience as an internal senior leader in Learning and Development across the financial services industry. In his last role with Bank of America/ Merrill Lynch he had full accountability for the international wealth management business across EMEA, APAC and LATAM.
He is a gifted and experienced executive coach having worked with many senior leaders to improve their leadership effectiveness through targeted and individualized in-depth analysis and strong relationship building. He is also a frequent speaker at industry events including SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), both domestically and globally. He has lead large scale design and delivery programs for clients that include, HSBC, Barclays, Accenture and Akamai.
John holds a master’s degree in Management with a concentration in Organizational Development from Cambridge College and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Gordon College. He is also a Six Sigma Certified Greenbelt Project Manager.
