Konstantin Tskhay, Ph.D., is an HR consultant and people analytics expert who helps leaders make smarter, data-driven decisions about their people. With nearly a decade of experience advising organizations across SaaS, tech, financial services, healthcare, and consumer industries, he combines analytical depth with real-world leadership experience to design HR strategies that drive lasting impact.

​Before founding Tskhay & Associates, Konstantin led Organizational Effectiveness at Top Hat, where he helped scale the company through rapid growth—improving retention by 20%, boosting engagement scores by 37 points, and building HR systems from the ground up. Earlier in his career at Deloitte, he advised Fortune 500 clients on HR transformations, leadership development, and operating model design.

Today, Konstantin partners with executives and founders to shape high-performing, data-informed organizations. He also teaches People Analytics at Toronto Metropolitan University and leads the Toronto People Analytics Group—a community of over 500 HR professionals advancing analytics in HR.

Fun fact: during his Ph.D. at the University of Toronto, Konstantin studied charisma—using quantitative analysis to understand what makes certain people the center of attention. That same curiosity about what drives people and performance continues to guide his work with clients today.
