Lara Bancroft helps executive leaders and their teams transform how they lead and work – aligning purpose, people, and systems to create cultures where both people and performance thrive. Her work blends systems leadership, strategy, and human-centered design to make change practical, grounded, and deeply human.

Lara has 30 years of global experience having lived and worked on five continents. Her experience began with in-house leadership roles and evolved to her running her own consulting practice for the last 19 years. Lara has partnered with organizations across sectors and geographies to strengthen leadership, evolve culture, and navigate transformation. Whether guiding senior teams, designing leadership and employee experiences, or stepping into interim executive roles, her goal remains the same: to help people and organizations thrive together.

Lara holds an undergraduate degree in International Business: Marketing and Spanish from Auburn University (she’s a passionate Tigers fan and SEC college football fan) and a graduate degree in Marketing from Georgia State University. Lara is a lifelong learner and has various other certifications across systems leadership, change management, project management, process design, profiling tools, and non-business-related areas such as emergency medicine and foreign languages.

In addition to her consulting work, Lara is an avid traveler who has visited more than 100 countries. She finds joy in exploring cultures, nature, and volunteering – especially in East Africa where she has worked with various nonprofits focusing on children and primates. Lara lives in Denver, CO.
