Renee Wolf is a strategic leader specializing in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Communications, and Learning & Development, with a proven track record guiding large-scale digital transformations and operating model redesigns. With over two decades of experience, she partners closely with business and technology leaders to align people, process, and technology - ensuring change is not only implemented, but fully adopted and sustained.

As the Founder of Wolf Consulting, Renee has led change and learning strategies across diverse industries including forestry, manufacturing, construction, and technology. She is known for stepping into complex, high-stakes environments - stabilizing programs, accelerating timelines, and delivering measurable results, often ahead of schedule and under budget.

Before starting her boutique consulting firm, Renee held positions at Accenture and PricewaterhouseCoopers where she led Learning & Development and OCM initiatives supporting complex enterprise transformations across multiple industries.

Renee is also a successful entrepreneur, having founded and scaled consulting organizations quickly. She brings a strong focus on building high-performing teams, developing scalable solutions, and driving cost efficiencies while enhancing workforce capability.

A trusted advisor to executives, Renee is passionate about helping organizations navigate complexity with clarity, empathy, and practical execution - turning change into lasting business value.

Originally from Minnesota, Renee enjoys life with her husband, two children, and two dogs in the city and mountains of Colorado. She spends her free time doing Pilates, hiking, and cross-country skiing. She is currently navigating life as an almost-empty-nester… and rediscovering that groceries actually last a full week.
