Ayonna is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with a successful record of increasing company profitability in the U.S. and internationally. She has over 20 years of consulting experience developing profitable business solutions for iconic brands in dynamic, global environments. Prior to creating her own consulting practice, Ayonna spent six years at Deloitte Consulting and a decade with a large international trade firm.

She has a deep human-centered, organization design expertise and has built operating models and organization structures for new businesses, companies undergoing M&A activity and existing businesses that are seeking to improve organizational effectiveness. 

Ayonna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University and a Media Business certification from UCLA. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation for Financial Literacy non-profit agency, where she helps prepare young people to live free from financial burden.

In her spare time you can find Ayonna traveling, keeping an eye on the latest style and music trends and rooting for her favorite sports teams: the Los Angeles Lakers, the Atlanta Falcons, and the Louisville Cardinals.
