How PrōKo Works
- You want to hire an independent consultant. If it’s a consultant PrōKo already represents, we draft the Statement of Work, help determine the total budget, and handle the compliance and contracting process. If you found a consultant that is not yet represented by PrōKo and you would like us to, PrōKo interviews the consultant to determine eligibility. (They must be self-directed.) This often saves clients thousands on administrative fees. If you have not yet identified a consultant, PrōKo will help you find the right one. We specialize in human capital services and program management. There is no extra charge to you.
- The primary contract is between your company and PrōKo Agency, Inc. We can use your company’s master services agreement to speed up the review process, or we can use ours. Either way we usually turn a contract around in a day or two.
- PrōKo then enters into a subcontract with your chosen consultant and assigns them the Statement of Work. It’s this subcontract that mitigates your company’s co-employment risk.
- The consultant bills PrōKo and then we bill you, adding our nominal agency fee. We usually invoice monthly or at the end of the project.
