ProKo’s “Way of Working” is rooted in candor, trust and transparency.
We operate in a dramatically different way than the typical consulting firm or staffing company. For our clients this is evidenced by our transparent agency fees (consultant markups) and fully editable budget worksheets. (It’s your money so you should be able to play around with how you spend it!) For our consultants, our WOW is experienced through our collaborative community, obvious rate structure and open-source nature. (We believe that as an independent consultant, you should find work any way you can.)

Our ManifestoWe are a group of business professionals with a passion for client service. We love working with clients to resolve issues, fix problems, and deliver outstanding results. We believe in being paid fairly for the work we do and the results we deliver. We do not believe in staffing more consultants just to cover our overhead or fatten the pockets of senior partners. (We don't have partners and we don't have much overhead.) We believe in teaching our clients to help themselves. We do not believe in "consulting co-dependency." We believe in working hard and playing hard and we have learned how to juggle both. We believe in candor and in keeping our word. We believe in the value of exceeding client expectations and earning client referrals. We believe in building relationships (not accounts) and having some fun along the way.
