Aisha F. Thompkins has over 17 years of HR experience in both Public and Private Sectors. Her areas of expertise include Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations; diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) strategies; leadership development; and conflict resolution. As an effective and proficient HR consultant, strategist, and training facilitator; Aisha assists executive level staff to minimize potential liability and risks associated with employment decisions. She has helped C-suite teams avoid millions in litigation costs, reverse toxic cultures, improve DE&I initiatives, and increase customer acquisition and employee retention rates.
Aisha holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Florida State University, and a Professional Certification in Management Development from Nova Southeastern University. She is also a Certified Life Coach and published author.
In her spare time Aisha loves to travel, run, read, attend sporting events (especially football), and spend time with her husband, family, and friends.
