As an accomplished consultant, Briana brings over 15 years experience helping companies with their large-scale transformations, including almost 20 mergers & acquisitions. She has worked with organizations both large and small, and her projects have spanned sites in over 70 countries worldwide across multiple industries. Prior to establishing her own consulting practice, Briana spent seven years honing her craft at Deloitte Consulting.
Briana has deep experience in strategic communications, and it shows in the clear, concise messaging embedded in her change management approach. She also has led companies through the organization design process; helped newly merged organizations assess existing cultures and developed roadmaps to create the desired future-state cultures; and stand up new departments by working on operating models to identify areas of focus and implement new processes.
Partnering with clients to create tailored solutions that meet their needs and culture while drawing on best practices is a hallmark of how Briana works.
Briana holds a Master of Arts in Communication Management from the University of Southern California and Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego. She is active in the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), and has spoken at conferences and trainings regarding her areas of expertise.
