Brooks Darrah helps organizations design smarter structures, lead through complexity, and implement change that actually sticks. With over 20 years of experience across Fortune 500 companies, startups, public agencies, and nonprofits, she brings both a systems-level view and a pragmatic, people-centered approach to transformation. 

Brooks has coached and advised more than 150 leaders and teams - from the C-suite to rising stars - and led more than 30 large-scale change and organization design initiatives to align strategy, structure, and culture to drive measurable performance and engagement gains. Before founding her consulting practice, Brooks led three Hollywood-based production companies, contributing creatively to six feature films that earned over $2.6B at the global box office and won 18 Academy Awards.

Drawing on a deep background in organizational pyschology, coaching, and enterprise change, Brooks partners with clients to co-create tailored solutions that work in the real world - not just on paper. She holds advanced degrees in human development, organization development, and organizational systems, teaches organization design and research at the graduate level, and is both a certifed executive coach and change management expert. She is known for her calm presence, sharp insight, and ability to guide teams through ambiguity with clarity and confidence.
