Candice Reimers is an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant with over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, startups and non-proﬁt organizations.
She has extensive experience in guiding executives and HR leaders on how to align their business strategy, culture and people-related systems. She partners closely with clients to navigate complex change and to define practical, data-driven solutions. Candice leverages her broad expertise in research, analysis and organizational development to offer a range of services including:
Candice is incredibly versatile and able to build relationships and credibility at every level of the organization. She has consulted with companies across industries including healthcare, e-commerce, enterprise, retail, fintech, edtech and transportation. Prior to starting her own independent consulting company, she spent 12 years at Google, Inc. where she built people programs and processes during periods of significant growth and change.
Candice holds Doctorate and Master's degrees in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UC Irvine. She has also studied and worked globally in Mexico, Switzerland and France. Currently, she resides in the Bay Area and enjoys biking, running and hiking with her dog.
