Dana Harper is a Talent and Program Management Consultant who specializes in transforming and improving organizational performance through its talent. With over 25 years of experience in everything from HRIS implementations, Learning and Development, Human Capital Operations/Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services and even Sales Best Practices, Dana has a breadth of experience in HR that is truly unique. She is incredibly versatile, delivering a broad range of services to many levels of organizations.

​Dana is “fluent” in both employee and C-Suite communications and easily jumps between interactions to quickly build relationships and credibility. She is able to prioritize an organization’s most critical needs and will meet the business where it is with practical solutions and quick wins.

Dana holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development and has worked for some of the largest and most complex organizations in the world, relocating overseas to Asia, Australia and Europe when needed. She lives with her husband and son in Chicago and enjoys fitness, food and spending time with friends across the globe.
