Deb offers a unique blend of Big 4 management consulting firm acumen, internal executive leadership, as well as executive coaching and mental health counseling expertise when designing and implementing tailored solutions for individuals, startups, and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to establishing her own practice, Deb spent 11 years honing her skills with Ernst & Young Consulting across a multitude of industries.

In addition to her consulting background, Deb has significant experience as an executive coach, counselor and researcher. She has a deep understanding of what drives motivation and behavior change, as well as what people need to be highly productive and engaged at work.
Her natural curiosity and listening skills enable her to quickly assess an organization’s most critical areas for improvement. In close partnership with clients and colleagues, strategic initiatives are met with effective, practical solutions tailored to each organization’s uniqueness.
