For over 15 years now, Deepak Lalwani has been working as a change management and business transformation professional.  He specializes in planning and managing large-scale change management efforts driven by business transformations that include systems implementation, business process redesign, post M&A integration, operating model / organization design, and outsourcing / shared services.

Deepak’s key experience includes working as a management consultant at Accenture as part of their Talent & Organization Performance practice. He’s also worked at a couple of mid-sized consultancies, where the focus was to build or support the People & Organizational Change practice. Additionally, he's consulted or worked for many Fortune 500 companies.

When he’s not working, Deepak likes to learn about spirituality, and is desperately trying to get better at yoga and meditation.
