Donald Nagle

Chief Operations Officer

Donald's extensive experience in both “big four consulting” and industry (as a user of consulting services) allows him to fully understand the needs of prospective clients and easily determine how ProKo consultants can help. As ProKo consultant himself, Donald understands directly what our consultants do to exceed client expectations. Throughout his 20 years of consulting, most of his projects have been related to Strategic Change or Transformation, and he has extensive Organizational Change Management and Organization Design/Effectiveness experience.

Prior to joining ProKo as an independent consultant more than a decade ago, Donald worked for eight years in Big Four consulting (E&Y, PW, and PwC Consulting). He also worked for 8 years at Hewlett-Packard across multiple functions. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Industrial Engineering from Stanford, and completed five years of post-grad work in the Management of Organizations department at the Columbia Business School.

Donald lives with his wife and two cats in Silicon Valley and they have three adult children. His main activity outside of work is giving back to our community by refereeing and coaching U14-U19 soccer in our local AYSO league.
