As a highly experienced strategic change and transformation consultant, Donald specializes in orchestrating executive-sponsored change projects and transition management. He has twenty years of experience working with global clients to develop and implement major change initiatives that collectively span the business process value chain and cover all major functional areas. He excels at assessing needs, linking business impacts and success metrics to strategy, identifying issues and driving their resolution, and implementing new processes, policies, structures, and behaviors. Much of Donald’s work has been international in scope, including projects in Europe, Asia, and South America.
Donald has extensive experience facilitating executive decision making, serving as an executive coach, designing and running change workshops, creating and implementing change management strategies and plans, and developing and running large program management offices (10+ teams, 100+ members) spanning multiple time zones. In addition to a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, Donald has completed five years of post-graduate work in Strategy and Organizational Management at Columbia University.
