Elizabeth is an established organization effectiveness consultant with over 20 years of experience. With expertise in employee engagement and internal communications, she consults with executives on issues related to strategic employee communications, organization effectiveness and business transformation. Specifically, Elizabeth has:
  • Counseled clients on communicating with their employees through mergers, acquisitions, and organization restructuring.
  • Developed and implemented change management plans for global HR transformations.
  • Developed and executed strategic internal communications plans to raise employee awareness and commitment.
  • Created and launched internal branding campaigns to increase employees’ organizational commitment.
  • Redesigned internal communications infrastructures for improved effectiveness.​

Elizabeth has consulted with Fortune 500 companies across industries including: beverage, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, financial services and telecommunications. Prior to starting her own independent consulting company, she worked for Cap Gemini Ernst and Young, Edelman Change and Employee Engagement, and with Kates Kesler Organization Design.

​Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, from Bowdoin College with a major in U.S. History and a minor in Psychology. She received her M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Elizabeth lives outside of Sarasota, Florida with her family. She can be contacted by email.
