Henry Telfeian

General Counsel

Henry brings over 35 years of legal expertise to PrōKo, with particularly deep experience in labor and employment law. As General Counsel he ensures that PrōKo’s contracting process is watertight, thereby mitigating co-employment risk for PrōKo’s clients and allowing PrōKo’s consultants to remain independent.

Before joining PrōKo Henry was Labor Relations Counsel at Kindred Healthcare for seven years. Prior to that he had his own law practice, was Of Counsel at Keck, Mahin & Cate in San Francisco, and a Partner at McLaughlin & Irvin. He is an alumnus of Brown University and Harvard Law School.

After growing up in Maine, Henry now splits his time between Reno and Lake Tahoe. For him, practicing law is a means to an end – he’d much rather be playing golf, watching golf or reading about golf. Occasionally he finds time for flying and skiing too.
