Holly Benner combines a background in applied psychology with experience as an elite athlete for a unique knowledge around the psychology of success. Holly consults with organizations, teams, and individuals to support the development of sustainable high performance learning, knowing, and doing in changing and challenging environments.

Besides her consulting, Holly is a passionate leadership and performance coach. Holly serves on the Board of Directors for ISPI Southern California chapter and is a Mentor for the World Triathlon Organization. She holds an MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Clemson University. Holly is also a life-long endurance athlete and a former professional triathlete. She resides in Macungie, PA with her husband and their two cats.
