Jaison is a consultant who specializes in executive and broad-based employee compensation. With 20 years of experience working with companies in the financial services, high tech, biotechnology and retail industries, Jaison has extensive experience advising executive management and Boards of Directors on all aspects of compensation, as well as leading complex client engagements and teams on large-scale compensation related projects. Jaison holds an undergraduate degree in Diplomatic History with a minor in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Marin County, CA and is an avid wine collector and passionate home cook. He enjoys travelling as much as possible – both near and far — with his wife and son.
