Jennifer earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the College of Business Administration at the University of Florida, and her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rollins College. She is based in Florida where she enjoys time with her family, beach walks, kayaking, and biking.
