Jesse Jacoby is the founder of Emergent and a sought-after management consultant with extensive experience implementing strategic initiatives and achieving business transformation goals. He partners with Fortune 500 and midmarket companies to provide program management and strategic change management services for high-stakes initiatives. Jesse brings a unique blend of business acumen combined with a high degree of empathy and deep understanding of people, organization, and culture.

Jesse has led transformation programs for PepsiCo, Lowe’s, Gap Inc., Mattel, Unilever, Moderna, ServiceNow, Capital One, Mondelez, Walgreens, JetBlue, and many others. He delivers successful outcomes across a range of high-stakes business initiatives involving corporate restructuring, organizational redesign, mergers, technology deployments, process reengineering, and cost-cutting.

Jesse has 20 years of management and consulting experience and is an alumnus of Booz & Company, Accenture, and Right Management (Manpower). He has experience across multiple industries, including retail, financial services, automotive, healthcare, transportation, and energy. Jesse is adept at all organizational levels, and typically engages with executive sponsors, project leaders, middle managers, and frontline employees.

Jesse holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, as well as an MS in Communications. He has served as an Executive Committee member of the Johns Hopkins University Alumni Council as well as a founding member of the Dean’s Alumni Advisory Board at Carey Business School. Based in Denver, CO, Jesse enjoys exploring the Rocky Mountains on his motorcycle and off-road adventure vehicle.
