Jessica brings 15+ years of consulting experience working closely with clients to develop leadership capabilities across individuals, teams and organizations.  While her background covers a broad range of people-focused disciplines, her passion lies with fostering relationships and providing clarity, to help teams and individuals feel more productive and engaged in their work.  Jessica’s style balances a down-to-earth, warm and personal approach with an energetic drive and plain-spoken candor, making her an easily adaptable consultant. • As an executive coach, Jessica partners with leaders who want to dial up their effectiveness for a greater impact on their teams and organizations. Together with her clients, she focuses on finding new insights, setting direction and creating accountability for growth. Jessica’s straight-forward and honest style helps leaders find the courage to explore and uncover self-limiting beliefs, and move past them towards greater impact and fulfillment. Her favorite clients are newly promoted leaders transitioning to a bigger role, women leaders seeking to establish their voice, and any leader looking to develop their capacity for emotional intelligence and fluency. 

CONSULTING

• As an consultant, Jessica’s work centers on influencing and developing team cohesion and effectiveness. An engaging and articulate facilitator, she is frequently sought after to design and lead leadership team development experiences where her natural presence and instinct creates a space for teams to move through critical conversations with break-through success. She helps teams dive deep to explore and overcome barriers to success. 

​Jessica holds a BA in English & Communications from Rutgers University and an MA in English from Arizona State University. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and two kids under five—who keep her very busy. Whether it’s at a café, playground or conference room, you’ll often find her coordinating people and information to get things done… and have fun while doing it.
