Julie is a master at helping Fortune 500 executives and teams with their digital and business transformation programs. For 20 years she has led large-scale technology projects, organizational change initiatives, and post-merger integrations for industry leaders in consumer goods, technology, mining, agriculture, and retail. Julie has managed numerous initiatives across these industries with companies such as Warner Media, Universal Pictures, MillerCoors, Newmont Mining, and Nutrient Ag Solutions.

As co-founder of Alliance Point Advisors, Julie is passionate about supporting and advising leaders in the challenging work of transforming their organizations to deliver the improved outcomes and results they need. Julie’s talent shines when she supports and equips leaders and their teams to successfully drive transformation initiatives in complex, global companies. Julie is a Colorado native and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a degree in Business Administration, Accounting emphasis. She loves spending time with her husband and two daughters and enjoys trail running in her hometown near the Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado.
