Jodie is an organization design consultant who guides senior leaders to develop organizations with impact. With 20+ years of corporate experience, she’s held increasingly senior HR leadership roles in multinational corporations. Her experience in almost every HR role imaginable, from corporate headquarters to regional and local roles, has given her a deep knowledge of complex matrix organizations and an understanding of the challenges faced by leaders today.

Jodie’s ability to adapt her style across cultures is second nature. She has lived and worked in USA, Germany, China, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Canada, and Australia, in industry sectors including manufacturing, chemicals, agriculture, technology, and automotive. She worked at BASF, Lucent Technologies (later Alcatel, Nokia), and Deloitte.

Jodie has a passion for organization design and regularly contributes to the practitioner community. She holds the following positions and certifications in her field:
  • Board Member, Organization Design Forum
  • Board Trustee, Organisation Design Institute
  • Faculty, European Organisation Design Forum
  • Certified Organization Design Practitioner (CODP)

Jodie’s adventurous career is matched by her personal life; she has completed countless wilderness expeditions … to Mt Everest base camp, sea kayaking in Alaska and horse trekking in Mongolia.
