Janet Peargin - Manager, Global Health, Environment & Safety, Chevron "I hired Jon to help my team develop Chevron's global health strategy – a major initiative to “promote a healthy workplace and mitigate significant health risks” across the corporation. This project was challenging, with high visability, an array of global stakeholders, and broad, undefined, objectives and scope. Jon’s partnership was invaluable and I can't imagine delivering this project without his expertise as planner, facilitator, strategist and sounding board. Jon brought several key strengths to the project.
Bill Franklin - Manager, Global Lubricants, Chevron "Jon is a terrific organizational consultant and I have repeatedly relied on him to help me and my teams deliver results across multiple projects at Chevron. He is flexible, organized, and has a knack for bringing together diverse individuals and inputs to “get it done”, despite ambiguity and difficult circumstances. Not only have I hired Jon to help deliver immediate results, I’ve leveraged his coaching ability and interpersonal skills to build the long-term capability of my team members as well. His skill as a facilitator and as a change management expert has made him a valued partner – one whom I’ve strongly recommended to others in the company. I look forward to working with Jon again." Jeff Friant - VP HR, Williams-Sonoma "Jon was instrumental in guiding the difficult implementation of a new competency system across multiple regions within my organization. He combined strong knowledge and consulting skills with an excellent business perspective – his ability to understand our business helped smooth our implementation of a “relevant” solution. Plus, Jon’s presence and insight allowed him to work well with our Sr. VP as well as other Supply Chain leaders and team members, including from other cultures. We couldn’t have delivered without him!" |
