Kathy Krul-Manor is the Founder and CEO of KKM Leadership, a boutique leadership advisory firm
that partners with executive teams to strengthen organizational effectiveness, accelerate
transformation, and build high-performing leadership cultures. With more than 25 years of
experience advising global executives, Kathy is recognized for helping complex, fast-moving
organizations align their leadership, operating rhythms, and talent strategies to deliver
sustainable results.

Prior to founding KKM Leadership, Kathy served as a Senior Talent Advisory Leader at Deloitte
(Canada and Global), where she led human capital transformation efforts across the firm’s
Global Financial Advisory and Consulting practices. Her career spans leadership roles across
multiple industries including technology, financial services, healthcare, insurance, retail, and
professional services, giving her a broad perspective on the leadership and workforce
challenges organizations face in today’s evolving world of work.

Kathy is known for building trusted relationships quickly, establishing credibility at the
executive level, and challenging leaders to think differently while driving accountability for
outcomes. Her work is grounded in her Insight + Impact coaching and advisory methodology,
which blends strategic clarity, leadership capability-building, and practical execution support.

She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Certified Executive Coach, and holds both GPHR and
SHRM-SCP credentials. Kathy is also a former professor of Management & Organizational
Behavior at San Diego State University.

Originally from Toronto, Canada and now based in Southern California with her husband and
two dogs, Kathy continues to advise leaders and organizations globally as they navigate
transformation, strengthen leadership alignment, and build resilient, high-impact teams.
