Kathy is a strategic advisor and human capital consultant who specializes in building effective, impactful teams and organizations. With more than 20 years' experience partnering with Fortune 500 companies, global executives and their teams, Kathy has build a reputation for leading high-quality, results-focused change. Building trusting relationships is a natural strength for Kathy, this enables her to establish credibility with leadership teams and all levels of the organization. Kathy is committed to excellence, thus, challenges leaders to 'think outside the box' and holds her clients accountable for driving measurable results.

Before starting her boutique consulting firm, KKM Leadership LLC, Kathy was a senior Talent Advisory Leader with Deloitte (Canada and Global) where she led multiple human capital transformation initiatives across the Global Financial Advisory and Global Consulting practices. Prior to Deloitte, Kathy held HR roles across multiple industries including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and telecommunications. Her current clients are in various industries including technology, insurance, healthcare, and professional services.

Kathy is certified as an executive coach, a SHRM Sr. Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). She is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and is certified in Strategic Workforce Planning.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Kathy now lives with her husband and three dogs in Carlsbad, California and spends her free time doing yoga, hiking, and volunteering within the community. She also serves on the Board for Casa de Amparo, an organization that provides support to youth impacted by neglect and abuse.
