Leah has offered consulting and coaching services since 2017. She brings over 15 years of experience in global leadership roles at some of the top companies in the world - including Meta (Facebook), Fannie Mae, Microsoft, and Accenture. She has driven strategy, design, and implementation for global talent and performance processes, career competencies/expectations, and supporting people policies or guidance. She oversaw global leadership development program design, development, and overall curriculum planning - and provided executive coaching, facilitation, and train-the-trainers for facilitators.

Leah has the unique ability to create strategy and manage through to implementation - from designing corporate talent processes aligned with business strategy to writing a launch communication for a manager. Her services include:      

• Needs assessment: gather, synthesize, and present root cause and success measures
• Create learning/talent solutions: create customized solutions to address and measure progress toward outcomes
• Project planning and management: define work streams, key milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resources
• Communication and change management: identify stakeholders and audience needs, create communication plan to drive engagement throughout project.

​Leah holds dual Masters degrees from the University of Minnesota - one in Human Resource Development and the other in Educational Psychology (Counseling and Personnel). She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kenyon College. She is certified in Hogan Assessments, Strong Interest Inventory, FIRO-B, MBTI, and is a registered yoga teacher (200 hour). 

In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, gardening, global travel, hosting food and wine gatherings at her home with her husband, and walks with their two pups.
