Nancy Harris is a respected Leadership Coach and Diversity Consultant who partners with organizations to build inclusive and diverse cultures.

She has a wealth of experience in all things people-related. Nancy's passion and enthusiasm for transforming HR practices/policies to be more equitable and inclusive has led her to work with organizations such as: ITW, 3M, Abbvie, Lyric Opera, Accenture, and BP.

Nancy is the co-founder of DisruptHR Chicago, an inductee to the "top 100 under 50" for Diversity MBA Magazine, and is a Coach/Facilitator for various programs at Northwestern Kellogg Executive Education. She is also the host of The Intersection podcast where she interviews industry leaders in DEI.

When she's not coaching and consulting clients you can find her dining with family and friends, walking along Chicago lakefront with Tito (her Havanese pup), or practicing yoga.
