He has successfully built trust and confidence with the Leadership Team members and in doing so has surfaced all issues and impediments to our progress.” ~ Jon Stretch - Vice President, Business Services for Europe, Middle East, Africa, AT&T ALL Testimonials

The program has been a great success in engaging the participants with the dynamic nature of the simulations and the strong links to our business.” Kelvin Downes - GM, Amazon “There is not a week that goes by that I do not look in the mirror you have left to check I am still on the right path. The proof is in the pudding the plant is performing at very high level; safety is the best in the plant's history; service is at 99% and even scrap is low. Thanks for allowing me to be a much better leader. Without your coaching work this Plant and I would be in a dark place right now." VP Operations - QUALCOMM “While this team had a lot of energy and creativity we felt that there were some barriers stopping us reaching our full potential. There were some differences within the group that were not easy for us to identify, yet we all knew something was holding us back. Nic was able to help us quickly identify these issues using his system mapping framework, and then did a great job of facilitating the team to resolution.” Jon Stretch - Vice President, Business Services for Europe, Middle East, Africa, AT&T “Nic’s input into this program has been strong; in particular he has been able to develop a process through which my Leadership Team has broken down the normal organization constraints and barriers to focus on the key issues for our customers and our business.
