To reduce the fear and anxiety associated with change, Paulina makes sure to meet people where they are. She incorporates user experience, high-empathy communications, and design thinking to help people transition to new ways of working. Having begun her career in finance (investment banking, M&A, and equity analysis), she is disciplined about measuring the operational and financial impact of change and holds herself accountable for delivering these desired results. Working across a variety of industries, Paulina has helped companies such as Capital One, McDonald’s, Zoetis, Dover, Exelon and RGP successfully execute critical change and culture transformations. She enables leaders and organizations to make important decisions and take powerful steps amidst uncertain and ambiguous business environments. Paulina lives in Chicago, after originally immigrating to Canada from the Soviet Union as a child and political refugee. She has an Honors BSc in Neuropsychology from the University of Toronto and is a passionate advocate and mentor for women in business, and first-generations in the corporate world. She is the founder of Chrysalis, a consultancy helping organizations drive change and build strong cultures to accelerate growth, drive innovation and create respectful, equitable workplaces for people to realize their potential.
