Sharon Kriech is the founder and principal consultant at Next Endeavor, Inc. A seasoned leader, with 25+ years’ experience in global program management, strategic planning, execution and program governance, she has worked with all types of corporate leaders to deliver innovative transformation programs.  

Sharon has built her business via thoughtful collaboration and trusted relationships at all levels of the organization. This is what allows her to deliver successful results and impactful business outcomes. She has led large, complex global programs that delivered transformation via software implementation, process simplification, operational efficiencies, and outsourcing. Sharon achieves results with a resourceful, can-do attitude, a growth-mindset, solution-oriented approach, and willingness to work across organizational boundaries to bring teams together.

Areas of expertise include:  
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Aligns strategic priorities to key initiatives and establishes governance to manage across portfolios.

Sharon lives in Austin, TX. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with a degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems. Sharon has three children at various stages of adulthood, making her a nearly empty nester. She loves to travel, and with some additional free time, she is exploring new hobbies and planning her next adventure.
