Tanya is an accomplished organizational effectiveness and program management specialist with 20+ years consulting to global Fortune 500 and smaller organizations, spanning multiple industries and countries. Prior to owning her own consulting firm, Tanya led transformations for 10+ years at various consultancies such as PwC/IBM, Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson) and QP Group.
 
Tanya loves to design, engage people and see the fruits of her labor through implementation, enjoying both the strategic design as well as the implementation aspects of an engagement since both facets require creative and holistic perspectives, with a focus on long term sustainability.  

Tanya has an exceptional ability to accurately assess operational and organizational business challenges, create strategies and efficient work plans, and execute those plans to affect significant and sustainable impact on the bottom line. She is an energetic leader who cultivates loyal business relationships, engages stakeholders, and inspires cross-functional teams to deliver high quality and innovative solutions – on time and on budget.

Tanya holds her MBA from Columbia University and BA from UC Irvine in Economics, with double minors in Business Management and Spanish Literature. Tanya is PMP certified, a license real estate salesperson, and an RYT (registered yoga teacher).   • Monthly check-ins – designed and drove implementation of new methodology, guiding principles and processes around how employees and Managers conduct and document monthly check-ins.
  • Feedback – developed and launched the optimal feedback experience for employees to seek, obtain and give feedback using the Betterworks tool by developing future state approach, process, launch plan, business requirements and feedback questions.
  • Year-end Summary – recommended an ideal experience for employees to complete year end summary by designing and evaluating 7 options and its associated advantages, disadvantages, implications and prototypes.”
