We now are looking forward to enhanced employee experiences, a simplified and clear performance management program with streamlined processes, and improved reporting metrics. Tanya brings a breadth and depth of skills and capabilities in the Performance Management and Talent Development space. Tanya’s ability to come up to speed quickly on the business context and organizational culture enabled her to contribute impactful work in a very short amount of time. Some specifics of Tanya’s contributions included:
Erika Cruz – Director of HR, St. Joseph Health (now Providence Health & Services) “Tanya was brought in to help manage all aspects related to talent and organization effectiveness for an initiative consisting of 30+ projects, in an effort to achieve $500M savings over 3 years. The existing management structure was such that each hospital operated independently and had free reign to do whatever they wanted for their individual hospital. It was a very difficult project with numerous parties and different objectives. Tanya was very mindful and attentive of varying stakeholders’ needs, some of which often times conflicted with each other. Under Tanya’s leadership, she was able to understand and resolve numerous competing business issues, bring different people and mindsets together and collaborate efficiently. With Tanya’s professionalism and collaboration, we successfully operated as one, unified system of care that included all the hospitals and healthcare systems. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Tanya since I know she will collaborate with everyone.” Margaret Connery – Director of HR and Organization Development, MeridianLink “When I joined, Tanya was already in place as an advisor to the CEO, where she was charged with building the MeridianLink culture. Tanya and I partnered on designing and implementing many different programs such as, a) more effective recruiting processes, b) training focused on young managers, c) more streamlined and effective performance management programs, d) plans, schedules and activities for improved individual and team effectiveness, e) an employee recognition program, and f) corporate mission and values realization strategy and plan. Tanya has many strengths. She has both an analytical and strategic mind. Her understanding of systems and processes is critical since it is important to have this meta-view of what is happening and how each individual part is inter-related and affects each other. She has made a significant impact by building relationships with numerous teams and the company. Her ability to foster relationships has allowed her to fix the meta-systems. Tanya is a very engaging, sincere and likable individual who is conscientious, committed and has a high level of follow through and emotional intelligence. She is very experienced and can draw in knowledge from other projects. Tanya is a great partner.” |
