For more than twenty years, Tom Henschel has coached senior leaders to achieve "The Look & Sound of Leadership"™. For some executives that means helping them develop executive presence; for others it’s polishing their leadership skills for a promotion; for others it’s helping them understand their impact on others and giving them tools to rein themselves in.

The insight Tom developed as an Executive Coach allows him to bring creative, challenging experiences to team meetings and offsites so the group can achieve rich outcomes. And the same timing, comedy and energy that made him a successful actor on television and director in theatre distinguishes the keynote speaking and corporate training he delivers on all aspects of communication skills.

His podcast, “The Look & Sound of Leadership,” airing since 2008, is consistently cited as “What’s Hot” in the Business category on iTunes.

​Tom is a Senior Executive Coach on the rosters of many coaching consortiums across the country. He’s active with International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Association of Talent Development (ATD) which, in 2010, awarded him their Lifetime Award for continuing contributions to the field of training and development. Tom heads the executive development firm Essential Communications, where you can also see clips from his television days.
