Beth MacLean - Senior Director HR, Gap Inc., and Director HR Levi Strauss & Co. "I’ve known Wendy for over 10 years, and she’s fantastic. Her talents cross multiple dimensions, and I particularly value her ability to turn strategy into plans to truly mobilize and implement change. She starts with the strategic context and business outcomes, seeks to understand, and then drives forward. She thinks ahead, seeing things that others don’t. She perceives the entire system, and she teases out issues and opportunities that aren’t directly spoken. If you need to figure out the road ahead, the options and the sequence, call Wendy." Audrey Finci - VP Business Transformation, Gap Inc., and Director HR Levi Strauss & Co. "While we worked together at Levi Strauss & Co., Wendy was viewed as a “go to” person by key leaders for complex issue resolution through the lens of a deep and unbiased business perspective. Her persuasion and executive presentation skills are top-notch. She can effectively frame complex issues, bring leaders along the journey, and present thorough, logical, and fact-based rationales for recommendations. I experienced that the confidence she brought to the topic fostered calmness and trust among mid-level and senior executive leaders. I value Wendy’s contributions, values and humor and I would welcome working with her again." |
